The paper highlighted the need to include refugees into the national health programmes and policies. It also highlighted to the fact that if the Ugandan government, UNHCR and its implementing partners and other stakeholders pool their resources together, equity in health, not only for refugees, but for the host communities will be streamlined and efficiently delivered.Intergrating refugees into the national health frameworks will help them to integrate into the Ugandan society. It will also financially benefit all stakeholders since it will streamline costs of health service delivery and avoid duplication of services.
